Return Information:We do not provide refunds. If you do not wish to exchange your item for another, You will be provided with store credit.• We accept Returns postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date, Provided by the shipping company. Sundays do not count.
• Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. or packaging.
• Please include a copy of invoice stating the reason for return.
• Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
Damage to the shoes makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you.• Jewelry, Sunglasses, Undergarments or Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving your return. Not including weekend or holidays.
